Natasha Marin is a conceptual artist and independent consultant primarily focused on digital engagement and community building. Natasha uses social media to find, connect, and build alliances among individuals, communities, and organizations. Her work has been written about in The Stranger, The New York Times, Art Forum, the Washington Post, The LA Times, et al and showcased in exhibitions, performances and events around the world. Marin is the author of MILK (Minor Arcana Press) and has published in periodicals like the Feminist Studies Journal, African American Review, and the Caribbean Writer. Marin has received grants from the City of Austin, Artist Trust, and the City of Seattle for community projects involving text-based, visual, performance, and multimedia art. Her viral project, "Reparations" explores the idea of leveraging privilege for present-day solutions to inequity.
